Left Dead Horse point around noon, stopping at Koppelli Trail – but it was too hot and we were too tired to try out these epic mountain bike trails – another trip.
So onto Highline State Park, NW of Loma, Utah. Nice park in a shady grove of trees. The shade was such a welcome break from the sun, sun, sun we’ve been having. Lots of activity since the 18 Hours of Fruita was starting Friday at Midnight.
The next morning, we checked out the Highline MTB course – me once, Rick twice. Twisty, smooth trails around the reseviour and out in the plains.
