After showers we sadly bid farewell to Heidi and Greg. Quick drove thru Yellowstone – not one stop for bison. The beautiful sunset was tempting, but we were hoping to find a campground before dark. No room in any of the Yellow Stone Campgrounds, and the USFS CG around West Yellowstone were closed for the season so we pushed on to Henry’s Lake State Park. Navigating thru an unknown campground in the dark is tough – but we found a good spot, clean restrooms with hot running water. $29.62 for non-residents. Who came up with that pricing structure?
