Who books a 5 am flight out of Anchorage? At least it got us to Bozeman by 1pm. Seattle Airport construction and a close connection meant our bags – with frozen salmon and moose, didn’t make it to Bozeman with us. On the bright side no bags, especially no bike box, made it easier to get an Uber.. We had accidently left the main breaker off, so had very dead house batteries, 7.9V. The charger is working overtime so hopefully they will recover. Rick had disconnected the starting battery so the Van started right up.
Tacos at the “Real Mexican Food” bus on Jackrabbit Lane the off to Livingston. Major provisioning at Town and Country in Livingston. Hit the Pine Creek KOA at 6pm. Relaxing evening on the back deck with Heidi, Greg and Sadie. AK Airlines delivered our bags about 9pm. Phew the fish and moose were still frozen.
